This Cloud Clinic will cover Ray, an open-source framework for scaling Python workloads from a laptop to a cluster. Ray lets you parallelize data processing and ML training with minimal changes to the Python code you already write. In this session, we will discuss the basics of how Ray distributes work, how to use it with SkyPilot to provision cloud infrastructure on demand, and look at a particular use case of a PyTorch training job across multiple cloud nodes.
