CloudBank is moving its cloud cost monitoring platform from Nutanix Beam to Kion tomorrow. Kion provides multi-cloud cost visibility, optimization opportunities, and tools to manage your cloud consumption. If you've used Beam before, the concepts will be familiar, though navigation and terminology have changed. Beam is retired as of September 1st.

You can log in to Kion now using your institutional credentials. See the step-by-step instructions in the user documentation.

Your fund page in the CloudBank portal shows an "Allocation Summary" with your award spend and links to the matching financials page in Kion.

Please note we are still migrating historical data into Kion, so some spend figures may not yet be complete. The "Allocation Summary" on your fund page will tell you whether your data is current, and you can also check the "Budget Status" label on your Kion Organizational Unit.
